Crispy Pizza Bistro has taken Stockholm by storm with their crispy quality pizza concept

Crispy Pizza Bistro serves thin, delicious pizzas with innovative flavors. And, of course, as the name tells, they’re incredibly crispy. Luxury metropolitan pizzas as they describe their creations themselves. The menu includes modern fine pizzas, classics, and gluten-free and vegan pizzas. But whatever you choose, they only use locally produced quality ingredients, such as organic Swedish flour and meat from Swedish farms.

The successful pizza adventure began in Sydney, where founder Henrik Salén was trained to become a pizza master and then founded a Swedish pizza bistro that became a success down under. He then brought the concept home to Sweden and opened the first Crispy Pizza Bistro in 2015. Today, it has grown to five restaurants around Stockholm where you can eat, socialize, and have a good time “The Crispy Way” in cozy settings.

In addition to fantastic pizzas, Crispy Pizza Bistro also has tasty burgers. We’re talking juicy smash burgers packed with flavors that are just as good as the pizzas. If you want to make ordering extra smooth, use the restaurant chain’s smart app, where you also can get bonus points, offers, and discounts.

Deglabbet

In 2021, when three friends decided to buy a pizzeria in Vasastan and call it Deglabbet, none of them knew how to make pizza. That has certainly changed. After a lot of pizza nerdery, their skills have increased enormously, and they’ve created one of Stockholm’s most popular pizza places. And the restaurant empire has also grown since the start. The original in Vasastan is now joined by Södermalm and Kungsholmen.

The idea behind Deglabbet was to create a pizzeria where their friends could hang out, eat good pizza, and drink good wines and cold beer. That mentality is still very much alive and thriving. The premises have a relaxed living room feeling with a great vibe that makes anyone feel comfortable. It’s festive, familiar, and, not least, delicious. Eat on-site or order takeaway.

In addition to serving fine pizzas at the three restaurants, Deglabbet also does catering (with takeaway and delivery) in Liljeholmen.

Spisa Pizza

Spisa Pizza Stockholm

Who said a pizza must be round? When Spisa Pizza entered Stockholm’s pizza world in 2020, they changed how we think about pizza. With their new pizza concept, where the pizza is rectangular instead of the traditional circle, they very much succeeded. They opened the first restaurant in Ulriksdal in Solna and have since expanded to Sollentuna Centrum and Hammarby Sjöstad. In the modern and stylish premises, you can either eat on-site or choose to take away.

At Spisa Pizza, you’re the architect behind your meal and decide the flavors. You first choose your favorites – sauce, cheese, vegetables, and proteins – from many fresh ingredients (a lot of them organic). Then you watch as Spisa’s skilled staff prepare your creation. And your steaming fresh pizza is done in no time – within just a few minutes, it’s ready and cut into eight parts. Just go ahead and enjoy. And if you’re not in the mood for pizza, there are also fresh and delicious salads.

Regardless of your choice, the price is always the same, and if you lack imagination, there are also several ready-made combinations that suit everything from vegans to meat lovers. The basis is always a high-quality Neapolitan pizza dough made according to craft traditions and cold-fermented for 48 hours. The fact that sustainability, the environment, and quality are natural ingredients at Spisa Pizza make things even better. In short, it’s fast food at its best.

Dell’attore

This classic family restaurant in Östermalm is the obvious choice if Roman pizza is your thing. But what does it mean, you might wonder? It usually means a slightly thinner base with crispier edges, and, to some extent, other ingredients are used. The man behind the restaurant and the concept is Valerio Amico. Besides being an outstanding pizza baker, Valerio is also a former actor, which you can clearly see in the restaurant’s interior decor. His uncle Giulio was also the man who introduced pizza in Stockholm in the 1970s.

In other words, Valerio grew up with pizza and knows exactly how to create pizza like they do in Italy. Here you can book a table, and it’s recommended to do it early since Dell’attore is very popular. And no wonder it’s so appreciated among people who want to eat pizza in Östermalm – you feel at home and can enjoy the city’s best Roman pizzas.

The dough made of Italian Tipo-00 flour and the pizzas are topped with high-quality ingredients. The menu has a lot to choose from, including gluten-free pizzas, and if you don’t find something that suits your taste, you can also compose your own version with all your favorite toppings.
