Wine Night in the Spirit of Art

Create art and have fun with friends or colleagues in a real artist’s studio
Some activities are simply pleasant. And then there are the ones that genuinely lift the whole group. Ludmila Christeseva’s painting evenings, “Wine Night in the Spirit of Art,” definitely fall into the latter category. You step into a real artist’s studio where brushes, canvases, and paint are already set out, ready to go. Together with your group, you paint on one large shared canvas, dance, laugh, and create freely while Ludmila guides you through the process. A glass of wine is included, and if you want to elevate the evening even more, you can add a wine and cheese tasting.

The session lasts either 1.5 or 3 hours and works just as well for a group of friends as for a company looking for a fun, creative team activity. The studio is warm, inspiring, and full of energy, and as everyone’s ideas blend together on the canvas, something unexpected and entertaining takes shape. When you’re done, you get to take your own artwork home as a personal reminder of the night.

It’s Sweden’s oldest amusement park, which opened in 1883. “Grönan”, as the locals call it, offers 27 adrenaline-pumping attractions for both young and old. From breathtaking roller coasters and scary haunted houses to more child-friendly carousels. In other words, it’s heaven for both families with children and groups of friends.

In addition to the great attractions, Gröna Lund offers many other pleasures. You can experience fantastic concerts with well-known artists (both Swedish and international) on the main stage, eat food from all corners of the world, and challenge family, friends, or colleagues in an exciting pentathlon. Among other things. The amusement park is open from late spring to September plus extra opening hours during Halloween and December.

And in the unlikely event that you have a moment to spare after visiting the funfair, you’ve come to the right place. Idyllic Djurgården is Stockholm’s entertainment and activity mecca and is incredibly popular with both tourists and Stockholmers. Besides Gröna Lund, you can enjoy yourself at the Vasa Museum, Skansen, ABBA The Museum, Junibacken, The Viking Museum, and more.

Stockholm is rarely associated with skiing, but if you want to go downhill in the middle of the city, Hammarbybacken is not bad at all. The ski area has four slopes of varying difficulty – two green runs, one blue, and one red. Something for most people in other words. There are also four lifts, a children’s area, and Snow Park for those who like jumps and tricks.

But Hammarbybacken doesn’t just offer ski slopes in winter. The facility also has many fun activities for the whole family during the snow-free parts of the year. There’s a climbing park with seven high-altitude courses, 60+ obstacles, and a 100-meter-long zipline. There are also several courses where you head down the hill in a rubber ring. And not least, you can ride a coaster along an 800-meter track at 40 km/h with fantastic views. Plus summer skiing on artificial grass, bungy rocket, and trampolines.

100% action guaranteed as you can see, so get ready for a super fun adventure. And getting here is easy – you can go here by bus, subway, tram, and car.

Sweden’s amazing capital has much beauty to offer, and among the most magical is the Stockholm archipelago with its 30,000 islands. Golfbaren

Golfbaren’s five themed facilities offer the ultimate mini golf experience

Few activities give you the same summer feelings as mini-golf. Grabbing the club, putting up the golf ball, and challenging friends or family to an exciting tournament. And if you want to play mini golf in Stockholm, you should go to Golfbaren, the city’s most versatile venues, founded by a former world champion in golf. There are five facilities around the Stockholm area where you can play mini golf on high-quality courses, both outdoors and indoors.

The three outdoor facilities are open from May to September and are real summer oases. Aspudden and Kristineberg are among the city’s most classic miniature golf courses, dating back to the 1950s, and in Nacka Strand, you can play with a view of the Stockholm archipelago as a backdrop. All facilities also offer good food, and drink and ice cream in connection with the courses. If you experience a craving for mini golf even during the winter months, Golfbaren also has two indoor facilities in Vasastan and Sundbyberg. In addition to great courses, there are also restaurants and bars – perfect for warming up before the match or for a chat after the winner has been crowned. In short, you get the complete mini-golf experience here.

Stockholm Ghost Walk

If you’re interested in Stockholm’s history in general and the most spine-tingling part of the city’s past in particular, the Stockholm Ghost Walk is perfect for you. There are no guarantees that ghosts will appear in the alleys, but during the 90-minute dramatic ghost walk in Old Town or Södermalm – the oldest parts of the town- you will undoubtedly get your fill of myths, ghosts, murders, diseases, and horrific historical events.

In addition to ghost walks (see starting points on the website), Stockholm Ghost Walk also offers the show Spirit of the Glass (in Swedish). It’s a show that mixes illusion, storytelling, psychological manipulation, and misdirection – where the audience also participates in the events. Thrilling is an understatement. So if you’re looking for activities in Stockholm with lots of both creepiness and entertainment, few can match Stockholm Ghost Walk.

And everyone can join in – the courses are designed to suit different levels.

Äventyrsbanan is a perfect activity for individuals, companies (popular for team building and kickoffs), associations, and school classes who want to do something different, have fun, and socialize in one of the city’s finest forests. What’s more, you can combine the activity with a meal or a party – there are several barbecue areas for picnics (and you can even hire your own chef). And if you want to finish in the best way, end the experience with the cozy wood-fired sauna, scenically located by a lake.
