The store in Old Town is Mats Jonasson Concept Store. The company was founded in 1924 by Estrid Ericson, and ten years later, the Austrian pattern master Josef Frank was tied to it. The import is done directly from the craftspersons or through fair trade organizations, and the stores are real color explosions full of beautiful things and genuine craftsmanship.

A visit to Ekerö Möbler requires you to trip a bit outside the city, but it’s definitely worth it when you arrive at one of Stockholm’s most beautiful surroundings (and the parking is free).
