Teatern in Ringen at Skanstull is a modern version of a food court, where nine different restaurants and a patisserie offer their specialties in a fast, unpretentious, and very tasty way from morning to evening.

Teatern is frequented by old and young, children and parents, lunch guests, and those looking for coffee every day of the week. The location in Ringen’s shopping center at Skanstull makes this he perfect meeting place whether you live nearby, shop in the stores or pass by on the subway on your way to or from work.

Since its launch in 2016, Teatern has established itself as a unique restaurant concept with food from all over the world prepared by renowned chefs who are truly passionate about their craft. At Galinas, chefs Oskar Larsson & Eloi Berthelin make delicious Neapolitan pizzas. The menu is short but oh so tasty. There are nine different pizzas, all baked with slowly fermented dough and filled with exciting ingredients. You are guaranteed to be satisfied!

Indian Street Food & Co is known in several places in the city thanks to its food trucks. The man behind the concept, Dheeraj Singh, has won several awards for the gastronomically high-flying Indian street food served both from the trucks and at Teatern.

K-märkt Patisserie & Bageri offers bread, pastries, and layer cakes of the highest quality. The head pastry chef is Daniel Roos who, among other things, made the dessert for Crown Princess Victoria’s wedding. Enjoy the goodies on-site for breakfast or coffee, or buy them to take home with you!

At Mackverket, Isabelle Cederblad serves hearty sandwiches made from freshly baked sourdough bread and filled with local ingredients. Classics like Smörrebröd, Reuben Sandwich, and BLT are always on the menu.

Malmø Falafel is run by Jason Diakité, Fatima Dalí and Jimmy Dalí. The business idea is to be able to offer Stockholmers the best falafel, which is otherwise only found in Malmö. Tasty side dishes and a beer or a glass of wine complete the enjoyment!

Mama is a rotisserie. Here Marco Baudone, who has worked in some of Stockholm’s most renowned fine-dining restaurants, roasts meat such as chicken, porchetta, and prime rib on slowly rotating skewers and fills bread with the delicious pieces of meat, vegetables, caramelized onions, and truffle mayonnaise.

starts with a base of either rice, tortillas, or vegetables and tops it with Korean fried chicken, crispy tofu, or charcoal-grilled eggplant. These veritable explosions of flavor, inspired by Japan, Hong Kong, and Korea, are all gluten- and lactose-free.

Raamen serves the Japanese noodle soup of the same name. The restaurant is run by Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman who have a Michelin star for Adam/Albin on Rådmangatan. This is where their passion for slow cooking and broth comes into its own!

At Snack bar, street food meets gourmet French cooking. Here Linus Ahlstedt and Mikael Gröndal offer a kebab made from veal with sauce blanche. In addition to “Les Kebabs” there are also “Les Burgers” and “Les Sandwiches” as well as delicious side dishes.

The Fishery is run by Carl Ullsten and Malin Söderström, the latter known on TV, among other things. They offer dishes composed using fresh fish or freshly caught seafood as the main ingredient. Add a glass of bubbly and you’re in heaven!

Doesn’t that sound delicious? Maybe it even sounds expensive? But it’s not. What these restaurateurs have in common is that they want to offer really good food, cooked with love and craftsmanship on the best ingredients, at a really affordable price.
