Just seven minutes from central Stockholm is not only Sweden’s but also Scandinavia’s, largest shopping center – Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. Here the whole family is offered extraordinary experiences in combination with shopping, food, and entertainment. With over 200 shops, more than 40 restaurants, generous opening hours, and good transport links, the mall fills the bill by far.
Shopping at its best. Westfield Mall of Scandinavia has something for everyone – fashion, media and electronics, health and wellness, home and interior design, books and gifts, toys and hobbies… Among the 224 or so stores you can find many international brands such as ZARA, Mango, Breitling, Uniqlo, Nike, LEGO, Sephora, Under Armor, and JD Sports flagship store. For the little ones, there are Newbie and Polarn O. Pyret, along with the larger chains such as H&M, Lindex, and Kappahl. E-commerce players also have physical stores at the mall, such as Dyson and Chiquelle.
The food selection is equally impressive. There are 44 restaurants and cafés spread over two levels, along with the latest addition, S2 – an “eatertainment destination” offering 14 different kitchens with famous chefs such as Adam & Albin, Jonas Lagerström, and Marco Baudone. The world’s largest O’Leary event center also resides in Arenastaden’s very own shopping center. 6,000 square meters of food and event space is completely in line with Westfield Mall of Scandinavia’s ambitions to be an experience destination with the highest possible entertainment value. Among the cafés, you will find everything from the classic Espresso House to more niche concepts such as Hello Boba with Taiwanese boba tea and The Frozen Factory where the focus is on yogurt.

Under the same roof as the substantial shopping and dining offer, Filmstaden Scandinavia is Sweden’s most visited cinema. Among its 15 salons, you will find one of the most successful IMAX theaters in the world! The IMAX Experience takes the cinematic adventure to the next level, thanks to the magnificent sound and the screen, which is also the largest in Filmstaden. On the roof of the mall, there are also three padel courts available for rent during the center’s opening hours, and during the summer the roof-top restaurant is a popular destination.
Westfield Mall of Scandinavia strives to be at the forefront of digital development in order to be able to offer the optimal experience in both the physical and digital worlds. Since the autumn of 2022, the mall has been broadcasting The Westfield Extra Live, which is a live shopping with entertainment that is one of Sweden’s most watched live broadcasts with a total of 200,000 viewers.

A concierge service with two reception desks is staffed during the center’s opening hours and they offer, among other things, a cloakroom, a personal shopper, and a parcel service. The opening hours are generous (every day from 10.00 to 21.00 and 10.00 to 22.00 for the restaurants) – even on Midsummer’s Day – and the communication possibilities through both public transport and for car-based visitors are very good. In the parking lot, there are 172 charging points for visitors with electric cars and a large bicycle room is available for those who choose to cycle to the mall. In other words, Westfield Mall of Scandinavia is not only the biggest mall but also the best.
