“We’re not like other big and impersonal coworking spaces. Here, everyone knows each other, and the atmosphere is familiar,” says Olivier Pion de Paris, Business Relations Manager.

All rooms have their own personality and are decorated with art, green plants, and family heirlooms from CEO Fredrik Lichtenstein’s family, contributing to the cozy feeling.

“What our tenants appreciate most about us is flexibility. It’s important for us to listen to everyone’s needs and involve them in both major changes and smaller everyday decisions,” says Yvonne Lundell, Office Manager.

“Often we also have popular competitions with fantastic prices such as hotel stays and spa days. They are very appreciated,” says Olivier.

Taking good care of the tenants, always delivering above expectations, and going the extra mile to create a pleasant atmosphere and a family feeling is something that both Olivier and Yvonne are passionate about.

“We want to create a feeling of safety. Coming to work here should feel like coming home,” says Olivier.

“And we have really good coffee,” Yvonne adds.

“We often have smaller events here. It can be anything from photography, podcasts, showrooms, film showings, or, as a while ago: a life-saving course,” says Yvonne.

An extra plus is that the Royal Guards pass outside the windows every day during the summer on their march towards the Royal Palace.
