Stockholm has been really nice for some days now, and with spring in the air and sun in your eyes you have to make the most of it while you can!
We took a small trip to Djurgården with the ferry that leaves from Slussen, which in itself is a nice little experience and from there we walked to Rosendals Trädgård, not too far away from Skansen, to eat some good food with nature as our neighbour.
I remember my dad taking me there once when I was a kid when it was summer and the garden is so nice when everything is green and flowering. I had the most amazing apple bread there that I still think about to this day. So I wanted to go there again and have a nice lunch, unfortunately for me they didn’t have the apple bread I had way back then, but they did have an incredible tomato soup.
The beauty about the café located in a green house at Rosendals garden is that everything is organic and biodynamic, with healthy and ecological products grown after season which means the menu is always changing. The place was really busy but there was still a calm and relaxed ambience. This is a place to come and relax and have a nice bite with the people you love and care about, so if you find yourself struggling to come up with do egging to do this weekend, this is a place you have to visit at least once in Stockholm!
