PanicSupper is a Vietnamese dinner bag that will launch in Stockholm on the 13th of May, this friday! The bags are prepared with ingredients for two, four or six people and simple cooking instructions. All the hard and time-consuming steps are already taken care of so it goes easy and quick to get it done.
I tried the “Thursday bag” with deep fried spring rolls and pho, a traditional Vietnamese soup with linguine-shaped noodles and tender beef. The spring rolls, broth and meat were already prepared so all we did was fry the rolls and put the soup together. It went very quick and smooth!
I really like the concept, easy, tasty and fun! And it feels kind of cool to cook authentic Vietnamese street food in your own kitchen.
