Today I visited the opening of Restaurang Hantverket, located at Sturegatan 15 on Östermalm. The watchword for this restaurant has been rustic elegance and this impregnated both the interior and the menu. The atmosphere is vivid and suits both for business lunch, dinner, and late drinks.
The food products is scrutinously chosen and the focus is on seasonal and local production. The menu will be adjusted after season which creates both variation and environmental sustainability, this is something I really appreciate!
