Mango Salsa

This summer when I was working more than full time and coming home exhausted after long days standing on my feet, I didn’t feel like myself dinner. That’s when I came up with this amazing salsa, perfect as an addition to lift up any meal or eat it like I do just as it is! I’ve been doing it with spicy prawns with chili and lime until I had it with raw salmon last night and oh my god, how good it was! So I thought I would share my recipe with you!

1-2 portions

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1-2 avocados
  • 0.5-1 pot of coriander
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 1 lime zest and juice
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Optional (but highly recommended) Salma Salmon

Dice all ingredients and chop the coriander, mix with lime zest, juice and add salt after taste and preference. Serve with salmon or prawns fried with chili flakes and lime juice!
