Across from Östermalms Saluhall you find the jewelry store Juvelia. The reason the store ended up in the fancy neighborhood Östermalm was the premises, where there is room for both a jeweler and two designers.
Jonas Löfblad, the CEO, explains that the location doesn’t affect the price:
“It’s hard to find better jewelry for the same price in another store.”
When you order an engagement or wedding ring from Juvelia you can be sure that it’ll be personal and unique.
His father founded the Juvelia 35 years ago, and at that time he was buying and selling scrap gold. When Jonas started working in the store in the mall Gallerian in 2004, they sold ready-made jewelry. He noticed that customers wanted to influence their design and felt that newly manufactured jewelry for special occasions was the future. As a result father and son split the business. Juvelia became a separate business with its own designers and a goldsmith who creates jewelry from scratch. They mainly produce rings, but also other types of jewelry.
In the shop you can also find diamond earrings, pearl necklaces, tennis bracelets and cufflinks in silver and whitegold. Perfect when you want to treat yourself or give away as a christening or graduation gift, on your anniversary, Valentine’s Day or morning gift on your wedding day.
We work with sustainability, so that your wedding ring can be handed down to your grandchildren

When you order an engagement or wedding ring from Juvelia you can be sure that it’ll be personal and unique. They have all the tools, materials and expertise gathered under the same roof. Two designers realize your idea and give you advice on taste. They’ll help you plan long-term so that the engagement ring will match the future wedding ring. Then they draw the ring in 3D with CAD software, which Juvelia was the first to do in Sweden. A wax model is produced so you can try it and come up with the final changes. After that the goldsmith forms the ring and the jeweler makes the diamonds by hand. The craftsmanship is of the highest quality and the rings are made in three to four weeks.
“We work with sustainability, so that your wedding ring can be handed down to your grandchildren”, says Jonas.
If you are planning to propose to your partner you can borrow rings with synthetic stones. One of these rings was recently on a successful trip to Thailand, and then got to go on a new adventure in the United States.
Juvelia also polishes and reviews the settings of old rings, something they recommend that you do every 1 to 2 years. In order to no get notches in the ring, Jonas recommends his clients not to lift rifled barbells with the ring on. If you have rings on both hands, you should also be careful with applause. Since you’ll be wearing your ring every day, you get used to it and will think it looks smaller. Therefore it is better to exaggerate a bit when you choose your ring.
“No client has ever regretted that he or she chose a larger diamond”, says Jonas.
