Do you have meat-free days? I´m trying to eat vegetarian food as often as I can but when you have the menu in your hands, feeling your stomach scream for food and then put a veggie dish head to head with a nice steak or fish… I wont put my money on the green side in that case if you know what I mean. But trust me on this, with Falafelbaren I go for the green every day of the week.

Falafelbaren is one of my favourite Street Food restaurants in town. Amazing fresh made falafel packed with flavours. I love to eat them in a flatbread with a mix of pickled and fresh veggies and different sauces but there is really a combo for everyone. On the pictures you see combos with fried cauliflower and fried halloumi which is amazingly good. They also have this pasty called Börek which is crispy pasty filled with spinach and feta cheese, truly amazing as well.

The price is human, 60 SEK for a pita and 80 SEK for a flatbread.

I highly recommend this place, I’m a true Falafelbaren addict!

Dish 2: Combo salad with falefel and börek, carrot, aubergine, pickles, pepper puré, hummus.
Dish 3: Falablom – Falafel and cauliflower in a flatbread with cucumber salad, pickled red cabbage, tahini sauce and pickles.
