Don’t let bad restaurants ruin your vacay

I want to give you a tips in the eve of the up coming vacation! I have started to use The Forkmore and more, both here in Stockholm and when going abroad, when looking for restaurants. The Fork is a website and app that can be used to discover and make reservations. It originates from France but now exists in several countries around Europe. It is part of TripAdvisor and contains only reviews and gradings from customers who have actually visited the restaurants. This is confirmed through the booking system, which ensures the reviews are legitimate. You can sort you search to find restaurants in the right neighbourhood, price class, and also of the right cuisine.

A couple of weeks ago I visited Paris to watch the football games, but I also had time for some sightseeing and culinary experiences. I went to a lot of good restaurants! Paris is like heaven for foodies 😉 Several of the places I visited I found by using The Fork’s app and I can strongly recommend you to use The Fork when going abroad. It makes dinner reservations so much easier! You can easily find the type of restaurant you are looking for and then book it through the app. You don’t need to make any phone calls in languages you barely know or middling english 😉

So a tip from the coach, download this app to make sure you only go to good restaurants on your vacay! There is nothing more depressing than realizing you just ruined your evening by ending up at a really bad place :/

One of the restaurants that I found through this website was Pas Vu Pas Pris, located in the 9th arrondissement. It had 175 reviews and 8,8 out of 10 in average. I found the restaurant really good! The menu was printed as we stepped through the door showing that it is changing every day. We got a three course dinner for only 31 euros which was very affordable for this tasty and well presented food. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. So it lived up to the expectations that I had after reading the reviews!
