Nomad is a small and cozy located just next to Norra bantorget. I have wanted to visit them for a long time and when I saw an offer on The Fork with 30% off on the menu it sealed the deal. On the menu you find ”snapas” which means Swedish inspired tapas such as S.O.S, smoked eel and chanterelle toast. Among the main courses you find for example Swedish meatballs, ”raggmunk” (potato pancake served with bacon and lingonberries) and ham hock served with root mash and mustard creme. I was surprised by the prices, which were much lower than I had expected for a restaurant like this!

We had the charcuterie board with Swedish delicacies for starters. It was very good! Especially the mortadella with pistage

For main course we chose the arctic char served in a sauce with cream and whey butter. The sauce was so good you could almost drink it!

Our waiter was very kind and the service was great. We had such a nice time at this restaurant. After the dinner he also offered us some ”glögg” (mulled wine that Swedes drink during the christmas season). Very cozy!

If you want to reserve a table, I can strongly recommend you check out The Fork, so that you get 30% off! If you are touristing this is the perfect restaurant to try some Swedish food at a really good price!
