Ok, it took me ages to decide how should I start this blog. Wanted the first article to be both useful, fun, interesting, well, you know what I mean!So here it is! List of some most unusual metro station in Stockholm!

Blue line
This line is considered to be the most impressive! Well, it’s not my favorite, but I agree! Just take a seat in the metro and enjoy! And must sees here are:

  • Kungsträdgården
  • T-centralen
  • Rådhuset
  • Solna Centrum
  • Tensta

Gren line
Hötorget and Bagarmossen are well known, but honestly – there is nothing to loose if you skip it.
Thorildsplan though is pretty unusual!

Red line
And this is my favorite line! I am a nerd, you see, go there and you will understand what I mean!

  • Tekniska Högskolan
  • Stadion
  • Universitetet

Train station
Last summer we got 2 new train stations! Big, modern, brand new – check them out!

  • Stockholm-C
  • Odenplan

To visit metro and train stations you need just a ticket. A single ticket is valid everywhere, in buses, metro, trains and even some ferries!

The single ticket may cost approximately 44 Swedish krona (some day I will write more about ticket prices!) and is valid 75 minutes. During this time you can go in and out, but naturally it might be not enough to see it all.

But no worries!

I’ve been in touch with the traffic company (sl.se) and they confirmed: to see our metro you can spend as much time as you want inside. Just don’t go out, otherwise you will have to buy another ticket!
